*The 20th champions, Mayu Iwatani, Saki Kashima, and Tam Nakano, failed in their second title defense. Kagetsu, Andras Miyagi, and Sumire Natsu become the 21st champions

The main event of the Osaka Big Match was the Artist of Stardom Championship match. The champions were STARS' Mayu Iwatani, Saki Kashima, and Tam Nakano against Oedo Tai's Kagetsu, Andras Miyagi, and Natsu Sumire. STARS shook hands, but it was a trap, and Oedo Tai ambushed them, leading to a brawl outside the ring before the bell rang. When Natsu and Kashima returned to the ring, Natsu attacked Kashima. Miyagi delivered a series of body slams. Kagetsu sprayed water on Kashima before giving her a body slam. Natsu attacked Kashima in the groin, and then attacked Iwatani and Tam who had entered the ring. Kashima dodged Natsu's big boot and kicked her in the groin, then delivered another big boot. Furthermore, Iwatani followed up with a low dropkick, a reverse Boston crab, a crossface, and a front neck lock, but Natsu broke it up. Natsu whipped Iwatani, Miyagi delivered a dropkick, and Kagetsu's Ebisu Drop only got a two count. She tried another Ebisu Drop and then climbed to the corner to attempt the Oedo Coaster, but Tam held her down, Kashima delivered a superplex Frankensteiner, and Iwatani hit a diving body press. At this point, both teams were in a brawl. Natsu hit Kashima with a Bronco Buster and a diving body attack, but Kashima dodged and hit a facebuster. Iwatani and Tam broke up Natsu's Killer Small Package Hold. Tam and Kashima worked together, and then the STARS team also worked together. Kashima's diving foot stomp got a two count. Kashima's double arm facebuster and double arm suplex hold didn't work either. She hit a Kill Switch and went for the pin, but Miyagi broke it up. From here, the Oedo Tai team worked together. Natsu's Blockbuster Hold also got a two count. She hit a Youran, but it was broken up in time. Kashima attempted her next attack after the Summer Shining Wizard, but Kashima managed to hold her off with a desperate move, though Kagetsu and Miyagi interfered. After bringing Kashima back into the ring, Kagetsu hit her with the Oedo Coaster and then the Summer Youran for the pinfall, securing the three count

(Summer Call)
Natsu: "Thank you, thank you. Thank you so much." To be honest, winning a belt is really a great feeling. I'm so happy. It's been six years now. I've gone from being a first grader to a sixth grader in elementary school. But I haven't been blessed with many opportunities, and even when opportunities came, I couldn't seize them, and before I knew it, I was in sixth grade. But you know, I don't really need a belt; I'd be happy just to get the best parts. That's how I've tried to cope for the past six years, but even though I'm a wrestler, I'm still happy. I, Kagetsu, Andras Miyagi, and Natsu Sumire are three people who have come here together, each choosing our own path. No matter what happens in the future, the path we three have chosen, our choices, are not wrong. The fact that the three of us can wear belts like this means that our choices were absolutely not wrong, and I want to say that in the loudest voice possible. They're not wrong. Thank you so much for coming today. Today's event is in Osaka, which is Kagetsu's hometown. I'd like Kagetsu to close it out. Kagetsu, please
Kagetsu: "How are you guys in Osaka? You're awesome. Natsu has won her first belt in her sixth year. And Andras Miyagi, or An-chan, has won her first belt since joining Stardom. And they achieved it right here in Osaka, Kagetsu's hometown. What a great situation, thank you guys. There's no doubt that we, Oedo Tai, are at the center of Stardom. And today, right here, Kagetsu will tell us what happens next. We want our next title defense to be the best six-person tag team match ever. Do you know what that means, guys?"
Hazuki: "Kagetsu, I've been watching you from the closest perspective. I understand what you're thinking and what you're about to say. Let's have a match between two Oedo Tai members for that artist's belt."
Kagetsu: "As expected of Hazuki-san. You know me well, being so close to me. A six-person tag team match between two Oedo Tai members. Yes, that's what I was going to suggest. But since we've successfully defended the title here, let's let the audience decide. Would it be alright if we had an Artist of Stardom title defense match between two Oedo Tai members? I'm sorry, I can't hear you. Is it alright? That's the answer, President, is that alright? We've got the president's OK. Anything else to say? Nothing. It's all in the ring. So, An-chan, Natsu-san, is that alright?"
Natsu: "I want weaker opponents."
Kagetsu: "Do you want someone even weaker?"
Natsu: "I want to do it with some weaklings."
Kagetsu: "Well, that's fine. I look forward to working with you."
(Oedo Tai shakes hands)
Kagetsu: "Yes, thank you. So, can we, the Oedo Tai, wrap things up today? I'd like to hear An-chan's voice too, but... what should I do?"
Miyagi: "Hey there, you damn bastards from Osaka. You damn bastards. You damn bastards. Today, I want to share the best closing words of the Oedo Tai with you all. We are the best and the worst Oedo Tai. Bye-bye."

Post-match comments
Kagetsu: "Natsu-san got it for me. Thank you."
Natsu: "I've just... I've poured out so much of what I'm feeling that all my words have been filtered out and are gone. That's all I said in the ring. The three of us met on our own two feet, on our own chosen paths, so I'm really glad that the three of us were able to achieve this result in Stardom, and I think today has truly proven that the choices I made were the right ones."
– Did you have any desire to give Kagetsu a chance to shine in the summer?
Kagetsu: "I wonder if I should be saying something so arrogant. Yes, I let her hold it. Just kidding. No matter who among us won, this result would still be the best it could be. It's something that only these three could create. I certainly don't mean that I let Natsu take the credit or that I let her make the final move. It just happened that way at that timing, so I don't think it's Natsu's achievement. Next up, Goddess and An-chan will be performing, so we want to make sure we connect that well as well."
Miyagi: "It's... a tag team. It's... a tag team."
Natsu: "You're saving it up."
– What will be the next title defense between the Oedo Tai members?
Kagetsu: "Should I explain it in order, just in case?"
Miyagi: "We, the Oedo Tai members, know their weaknesses best because we've seen them up close. (To the Weekly Pro Wrestling reporter) Why are you laughing this whole time? Don't laugh. If you laugh again, I'll chop off your heads."
Natsu: "Thank you for always taking care of me."
Kagetsu: "Please include it. And please make this Edion article in color, about four pages."
Natsu: "Well, as An-chan said, I've seen it up close, so I know how strong it is, and that's why I don't want to do it. Because it's been six years... just listen for a moment... I've been doing it for six years too..."
Kagetsu: "The Oedo Tai vs. Oedo Tai match ended on such a peaceful note, but I think it's going to be something incredible. As the two of them said earlier, they've been watching each other from the closest angles, so they know each other's strengths and weaknesses. It's sure to be an incredibly fierce battle. However, they probably won't be happy about it. The three of us who came to Stardom from outside have taken the belts first. So they should try to surpass us. We're ready anytime. That's all."
Miyagi: "Because we are..."
Miyagi, Kagetsu, and Natsu: "The Best and Worst Oedo Tai"
Kagetsu: "That's why."
